Schuhlabel 'Ganor Dominic'

Summary

Shoe Cocktail with Ganor Dominic

'Ganor Dominic'....a fresh shoe label from London launched recently its first collection 'Marble' at the German market in Munich.
The location of the sparkling shoe coocktail was the Brazilian restaurant VIB Lounge. Thank you Annette Zierer from ziererCommunications for the invitation and organizing this great shoe party.

The Party..

There was lots of giggles and joy with the guests that consisted mostly of women, when trying on the various shoe models. I am quite the shoe fanatic so not to blow a small fortune...I didn't tempt myself by trying any on.

The architectural shoe creations are all handmade in Italy and begin at 380 Euro. I feasted on the scrumptious food, the enlightened conversations and drinks while falling in love with my favourite pieces: classical red shoes with a little heel, glamorous milk white shimmering pink over-knee boot and in the same style black ankle-high boots.

The Label...

The faces behind the luxury shoe label 'Ganor Dominic' are the sisters Ganna and Katherine originally from Ukraine. Ganna, the designer, studied Footwear Design at the 'London College of Fashion' and in 2015 won first prize in the 'National Student Footwear Award' which was handed out by shoe designer 'Jimmy Choo'.
The Name 'Ganor' is a mixture of Ganna's name and her father 'Igor'. For her debut collection 'Marble' she took inspiration from the Ancient Greek Gods and Muses.

The colors are elegant with a touch of romantic shapes mixed with a sharp contrast of 3D sculptures in marble effect finish and feminine low shoe designs with rubber sole and digital prints. I am pretty sure that the label will take over the hearts of many shoe fashionistas. For anyone who is interested in knowing more or wish to purchase online their latest creations, please have a look at their website

Auction and Lady GAGA

Not only did Ganna wear her model 'Apollo' with a 115 mm heel at the debut of the evening in Munich, singer 'Lady Gaga' was also seen in this extravagant design. Maybe this was one of the reasons that 'Ganor Dominic' auctioned this remarkable creation with a 3D sculpture face under the sole to the audience.
It was one of the hightlights of the evening when the highlights of the evening when the steward prepared a pair of the model ready to serve on a silver platter to the lady who picked up the right number at the beginning when you entered. 'Apollo' was given a slight reduction of 500 Euro instead of the regular price of 670 Euro.
